If you're looking to amend your Theme Park entry date please complete the below short form. We are unable to amend the Theme Park entry date within 3 days of arrival. Theme Park Ticket date amendments are subject to availability and in the unlikely event we are unable to change your ticket our Guest Experience Team will contact you. Please note depending on the date you wish to amend your ticket to, there maybe an additional charge. In the event there is an additional charge our Guest Experience Team will contact you to discuss your booking. If there are no additional charges you will receive a new confirmation within 3 days of your request. Theme Park entry dates must be used during your short break, eg either on your arrival date and up to your final date of stay. Please note we are unable to amend tickets that have been purchased for day visits or not a part of a Shortbreak.

If you have booked with us you will have a 7 digit reference made up of numbers and letters.

Important Information: We cannot deal with day only visit questions. We will send your email to our theme park team, who will respond. Waiting times can differ depending on the time of year.
